One of our cornerstone initiatives, Maison Claire Heureuse, is a safe house for women survivors of gender-based violence. In partnership with Nèges Mawon, this program offers a holistic approach to healing and empowerment, providing women with the opportunity to rebuild their lives through artisanal skills training, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment.
At Maison Claire Heureuse, women learn valuable crafts like sewing, which allow them to earn an income while rediscovering their sense of purpose and self-worth. By combining vocational training with support services, we help survivors break the cycle of violence and poverty, creating pathways to a brighter, more secure future.
Our work at Maison Claire Heureuse reflects our broader commitment to promoting gender equity, economic empowerment, and social justice throughout Haiti. Through collaboration and community engagement, we aim to uplift individuals and strengthen the fabric of society.
